Clinical Supervision

My clinical supervision is tailored for Licensed Graduate Social Workers (LGSWs) and mental health professionals in Minnesota seeking to meet the licensure requirements set by the Minnesota Board of Social Work. I am an approved clinical supervisor by the Minnesota Board.

Whether your interests lie in mental health, child welfare, public health, schools, or other areas of social work, I can support you in developing your skills and advancing your professional journey.

My clinical supervision will address a range of topics, including assessment, diagnosis, navigating professional challenges, ethical decision-making, cultural competence, client advocacy, empathy for clients' situations, active listening, critical thinking, social justice advocacy, and an understanding of systemic issues. We will also focus on building healthy relationships to access the necessary resources for your professional growth.
